Deine Aufgaben
  • In Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam bereitest und planst Du die Arbeiten an der Kundenbaustelle (Personal, Werkzeug und sonstige Hilfsmittel, Materialversorgung, Termine/Meilensteine)
  • Du übernimmst die Anlage bei Sonplas  
  • Du bist für die Baustelleneinrichtung vor Ort, um die richtige Infrastruktur zur Verfügung zu stellen, verantwortlich  
  • Du koordinierst und organisierst das Montageteam und die Unterlieferanten vor Ort  
  • Du stellst die enge Schnittstelle zum Projektmanagement des Kunden und Sonplas zur Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen und termingetreuen Abwicklung von Projekten im
    Sondermaschinenbau dar  
  • Du unterstützt deine Kollegen bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme  
  • Du erkennst und erfassst kostenpflichtigem Zusatzaufwand  
  • Du betreust die Anlage während der gesamten Installations- und Inbetriebnahmephase  
  • Du trainierst die Mitarbeiter unseres Kunden und weist sie für die sichere Bedienung der Anlage ein
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker  
  • Deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anlagen- und Maschinenbau ist bevorzugt und Du habst bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Koordination von Baustellen  
  • Außerdem hast Du sehr gute Koordinationsfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit  
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, transparent und zielorientiert  
  • Du trittst sicher auf und können unternehmerisch Denken  
  • Du verfügst über eine sehr hohe Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität  
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift, deutsch oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil  
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland

Your mission
  • In coordination with the Project Team, you prepare and plan the tasks at the customer´s site (personnel, tools and other resources, material supply, deadlines/milestones)  
  • You take offer the line at Sonplas headquarter in Germany  
  • You are responsible for the on-site preparation and equipment to provide the right infrastructure  
  • You coordinate and organise the installation team and the subcontractors on site  
  • You represent the close interface to the customers project management and Sonplas to ensure the economic and timely completion of projects in the special machine construction  
  • You support your colleagues during assembly and commissioning   
  • You are able to recognise and record additional costs  
  • You supervise the line during the entire installation and commissioning phase  
  • You train our customer´s employees and instruct them on the safe operation of the line
Your profile
  • You have completed a technical training, preferably with further training as amaster craftsperson, technician  
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of plant and mechanical engineering is preferred, as is previous experience in leading teams and coordinating construction sites  
  • Furthermore, you have very good coordination, communication and moderation skill  
  • You are reliable,  transparent and goal-oriented in your work
  • You have a self-confident manner and are able to think entrepreneurially  
  • You have a very high capacity for teamwork and flexibility
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English, proficiency in German or other languages are an advantage
  • You are willing to travel domestically and abroad
